Confidentiality statement
The Editorial Board of the journal and reviewers maintain confidentiality during the manuscript review process with regard to the manuscript text and accompanying materials in accordance with the submission and peer review policies as well as ethical principles stated on the journal website.
Names, addresses, and other personal data specified by the author or reviewer when registering on this site will be used exclusively for technical purposes (communication of the Editorial Board of the journal with the author or reviewer in the process of providing them with information about the journal and preparing the article for publication).
When registering a user as an author on the website, only that personal data should be specified that the user is potentially ready to provide when uploading an article as part of the Information about the Author for its publication in the public domain.
Personal information provided by the authors, reviewers, and members of the editorial board to the journal “Neophilology” and listed on the journal’s website, including email addresses, will be used solely for the purpose of preparing an article for scientific publication or contacting the authors or reviewers (editors). In no case will it be used for any other purpose or provided to other persons and organizations.
The Editorial Board guarantees not to share personal information with third parties who may use it for other purposes.
The place of work and e-mail address of the authors of the manuscript accepted for publication, as well as their identifiers in scientometric databases, will be publicly available in the “Information about the author” section of the printed version of the journal and in the “About the authors” section on the article page on the journal’s website.
The phone number of the author responsible for correspondence will be known only to the Editor-in-Chief and to the issue editor and will be used only if absolutely necessary.
Authors send to the Editorial Board of the journal the original handwritten signed Personal Data Processing Agreement.
